As a Service Desk Associate, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Act as a crucial liaison between customers, designers, and vendors, resolving issues efficiently. Requirements:• Strong communication skills for customer interaction • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively • Experience in customer service or related fields • Familiarity with order management processes • Full-time availability for scheduled shifts
