Key Responsibilities:• Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers • Serve as a liaison among customers, vendors, and installers • Resolve customer issues while assessing their needs • Coordinate order activities with Project Support Centre and delivery teams • Maintain professional interactions throughout the order process

Requirements:• Strong communication skills for customer interaction • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively • Experience in customer service or related fields • Familiarity with order management processes • Full-time availability for scheduled shifts
