PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Temporary Full Time Contract: Homelessness Intensive Case Management (32.5 hours per week until March 31, 2027). Salary range: $40,000-$44,000 per year. The John Howard Society of Sudbury is an organization dedicated to addressing the challenges associated with crime and the criminal justice system. This position supports individuals who are chronically homeless in finding and maintaining permanent accommodation.Responsibilities

Organize and chair case conferences. Teach and model life skills and behaviour strategies. Broacquire and advocate for services as required. Qualifications

Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a human service field. Ability to work evenings twice per week. Ability to speak a second language such as French or Ojibway. Experience working with high-risk populations. Excellent mediation and collaboration skills. This is a contract position with a firm possibility of permanency based on funding announcements by the City of Greater Sudbury, usually announced by March 25 of each fiscal year.
