Contribute to Sagamok Anishnawbek as an Executive Assistant supporting the Community Wellness Department. Provide high-level administrative assistance and streamline operations for enhanced community engagement.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Director of Community Wellness, managing calendars and prioritizing communication. The role includes supporting CWD leadership with reports, meeting logistics, and ensuring adherence to ISO-9001 standards. Your organizational skills will enhance departmental functions and processes
Key Responsibilities:• Provide direct support to the Director of Community Wellness • Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar and appointments • Draft, manage, and prioritize sensitive correspondence • Compile data and prepare documents for meetings • Facilitate communication between CWD and Chief&Council
Requirements:• Minimum two years of experience in executive support • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of Quality Management Processes • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
