Primaris REIT is looking for a Guest Services Representative to join the team. In this position, you will provide directions, manage lost and found requests, and facilitate the property gift card program. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional support to customers and tenants • Facilitate the property gift card program effectively • Administer the lost and found program for the center • Provide directions and assistance to shoppers • Answer calls and emails from patrons
Requirements:• Secondary School diploma or equivalent preferred • At least 1 year of customer service experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office is an asset • First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications considered beneficial • Willingness to learn Health&Safety procedures
