At Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc., you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional client-focused services. This full-time position requires 2 years of customer service experience and involves critical coordination for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. You will manage inquiries, process orders, and support the Territory Managers by achieving targeted sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage telephone referrals and client inquiries promptly • Process orders and ensure accurate account set-ups • Support Territory Managers with sales and client needs • Collect payments and track customer orders efficiently • Conduct daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience • Retail sales experience preferred • Strong communication and organization skills • Ability to multitask and handle pressure gracefully
