Senior Account Manager, Ottawa Insurance, Sudbury

As a full-time member of our team, you will manage communications with clients and actively contribute to business development. Your experience in handling multi-line coverage for mid-market clients will be essential in driving growth and servicing client accounts. You will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs and establishing solid relationships with both clients and insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities:• Work with producers on business applications and marketing plans • Provide exceptional service for client inquiries via various channels • Identify and promote additional coverage lines within accounts • Lead client relationship management with a focus on retention• Support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality service

Requirements:• RIBO license is a must • 5+ years in broking or underwriting in insurance • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Proficient with EPIC and Microsoft Office products
