This is a Canada Summer Jobs position. Applicants must: Be between 15 and 30 years old on the start date of the job; Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN); Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada. This is an 8-week contract. The Logistics/Artist Hospitality Coordinator will support artist relations and logistics leading up to and during the festival. This role ensures performers have a welcoming and seamless experience, including coordinating transportation, accommodations, hospitality needs, and artist-area support on site.The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid‑paced festival environment, communicates well, and enjoys working with artists and production teams. Key Responsibilities

Artist Relations&Communication

Support the Artistic Director regarding hospitality needs for the artists before and during the festival Communicate schedules, arrival details, venue information, and festival procedures Greet and support artists upon arrival; ensure they are oriented and comfortable Coordinate artist travel schedules, hotel check‑ins, and local transportationHospitality&Backstage Support

Shop for necessary food items for artist riders. Ensure these are delivered backstage before the artist's show. Organize all artist riders in the office, ensuring they are delivered to the park on the correct day. Shop for Artist Breakfast. Make sure all food is delivered and put away at College Boréal residence.Shop for snacks for both the Main Stage and the Cabaret Stage. Work with volunteers to set up and maintain artist backstage areas, green rooms, and hospitality zones. Maintain inventories of food at College Boréal Residence, ensuring there is enough breakfast for Saturday and Sunday of the festival.Work with the AD to acquire all artists' dietary requirements Coordinate with the caterer, ensuring she has all artists' dietary needs Manage catering and artist hospitality supplies (food, beverages, rider fulfillment) Assist with accreditation, credentials, and artist-area access management Supply water to the technical team and always ensure that all stages have enough water for the artists.Administration&Reporting

Maintain hospitality budget tracking and receipts Prepare hospitality schedules, lists, and festival documentation Support the Volunteer Coordinator in ensuring there are enough volunteers on-site supporting both the Main Stage and the Cabaret Stage, as well as the catering tent. Qualifications

Education&Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred. Previous experience in volunteer management, event coordination, or customer service is a plus. Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of people. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Google Workspaces and experience with volunteer management software (preferred but not required).Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Personal Attributes

Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Detail-oriented with a problem‑solving mindset. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the organization's and its volunteers' changing needs. Bilingualism is considered an asset A vehicle is required Able to drive rental vehicles Working Conditions
