Key Responsibilities:• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute medical conditions • Document patient interactions with precision • Work with nursing teams to provide effective care • Support chemotherapies and collaborate with external health teams • Participate in quality initiatives and risk management

Requirements:• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Proven experience in emergency or acute care • Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication • Relevant certifications: ACLS, NRP, TNCC, PALS • Self-directed with robust clinical skills
