Assistant Quantity Surveyor for Social Housing, Granby East

You will provide essential support to the commercial management team in overseeing repairs and maintenance contracts. This includes measuring works accurately, processing valuations, and managing subcontractors to meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities:• Accurately measure repairs and apply NHF SOR codes • Assist with interim and final monthly valuations • Review subcontractor payment claims relative to progress • Monitor job performance, costs, and resource needs • Help prepare CVR reports and commercial analysis

Requirements:• Previous Quantity Surveying experience required • Preference for social housing or maintenance exposure • Proficient in NHF SOR (v7, v8, or equivalent) • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel • Detail-oriented with excellent teamwork abilities
