Seeking a Shipping Clerk for a permanent role in our manufacturing facility located in Quebec. This full-time position requires proficiency in French and offers a structured work schedule of 32 hours per week.

Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of shipping experience and skills in preparing bills of lading and overseeing shipping logistics. You must manage detailed record-keeping and ensure high standards in shipping processes to meet our efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities:• Determine shipment methods and pack goods • Compile shipping documents and invoices • Inspect incoming goods for accuracy • Maintain an organized record-keeping system • Supervise loading and unloading operations

Requirements:• Secondary education completion • 2-3 years of related shipping experience • Valid narrow aisle forklift certification • Familiarity with database and Excel software • Ability to lift items over 45 kg (100 lbs)
