Strong experience in IT system development and support Proven ability to create project plans, schedules, cost estimates using industry best practices Experience leading cross-functional teams (business + technical, internal + external stakeholders) Solid understanding of IT system concepts and business process impactsExperience in data and analytics design principles, methodologies, and architectures Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (5+ years) Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)

PMP / CAPM PMI-ACP PRINCE2 Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Other recognized project management certifications Role and Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk and mitigation strategies Oversee IT system development and implementation Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical teams, external vendors and stakeholdersEnsure alignment between business requirements and IT solutions Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership Apply data-driven and analytical approaches to project planning and executionIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies Support stakeholder engagement and communication at all organizational levels Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and project management methodologies
