Senior Electrical Estimator, Fredericton

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Electrical Estimator (Senior) will be responsible for electrical cost estimation during the design phase.

What You’ll Do Here:

Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates.

Review drawings and technical documentation.

Perform quantity take‑offs and cost analysis.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams.

Identify cost drivers and risks.

Support value engineering processes.

Participate in estimate reviews and updates.

Maintain cost data and benchmarking tools.

Support project budgeting and forecasting.

What You Bring to the Team:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 8–10 years of estimating experience.

Experience in infrastructure or energy projects.

Experience in hydroelectric projects is a major asset.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems.

Advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
