Security Architect

to join our Access&Identity Management (AIM) Team. The role blends strategic collaboration with Corporate Cyber Security and hands‑on full‑stack development, focusing on IBM Security Access Manager / IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG) and Active Directory. Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of web applications built with Vue.js, Express.js, and Java, overseeing design, development, and deployment. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automate deployment and operational tasks with Python. Strengthen authentication, authorization, identity governance, and access controls across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.Collaborate with Corporate Cyber Security to define and advance IAM products, ensuring alignment with enterprise security strategy and regulatory obligations. Act as a senior technical advisor on IAM architecture and authentication/authorization strategies. Contribute to threat modeling, security reviews, and incident response support for IAM systems.Configure, customize, and maintain authentication services including SSO, MFA, federation, privileged access, cloud security (AWS), and IBM ISVG / Access Management components. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM‑related incidents and performance issues. Present technical solutions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and lead design reviews, demos, and post‑incident analysis discussions.Own and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment tasks using scripting (Python, Bash). Support and troubleshoot applications running on Linux infrastructure. Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or equivalent role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with Cyber Security and/or Risk Management. Strong understanding of secure software design and application security principles. Extensive experience with IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, federation, cloud security (AWS), SSO, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong project‑based work mindset and commitment to staying technically current. Security Clearance

Requirement: Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B). This includes fingerprinting, criminal record check, credit check and requires residency in Canada for at least 5 years with Permanent Resident or Citizenship status. Benefits
