Concrete Mix Design Engineer at OSCO, Woodstock

As a Concrete Mix Design Engineer, you will collaborate across teams including quality control and production to deliver exceptional precast concrete products. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. You will have a hands-on leadership opportunity to enhance processes and troubleshoot designs for both precast and ready-mix solutions.

Key Responsibilities:• Design and troubleshoot high-performance concrete mixes • Oversee pre-bid reviews of project specifications • Plan and coordinate field and laboratory testing • Develop repair procedures for defective products • Conduct functions between plant and field environments

Requirements:• Minimum five years of relevant engineering experience • Civil Engineering Degree in concrete materials engineering • Knowledge of CSA, ASTM, and MTO Standards • Relevant ACI certifications are strong assets • Willingness to travel and adapt to overtime
