Organization: Bridges of Canada Location: 47 Avonlea Court, Fredericton, NB Employment Type: Temporary, Full‑Time Duration: Until October 2026 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Candidates must reside in Fredericton or within reasonable proximity to the job location.Position Overview

Bridges of Canada is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support national staffing operations during a maternity/parental leave period, until October2026. This role is responsible for recruitment across multiple regions, including New Brunswick and Quebec, supporting both operational and professional staffing needs. The Recruiter will work closely with Regional Directors, Human Resources, and national stakeholders to ensure a professional, timely, and compliant recruitment process in a fast‑paced, high‑volume workplace. This is a hands‑on recruitment role focused on sourcing, screening, coordination, compliance tracking, and onboarding preparation.Key Recruitment Responsibilities

Recruitment&Talent Acquisition

Manage recruitment activities for positions across multiple regions Maintain an up‑to‑date vacancy and candidate tracking report Post job advertisements across multiple platforms Conduct resume screening and preliminary candidate assessments Perform phone and email outreach with candidates across CanadaConduct and participate in interviews and recruitment‑related calls Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and Regional Directors Provide ongoing communication and follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain continuous recruitment pipelines to support backup and future staffing needsOther recruitment needs as required. Compliance&Hiring Coordination

Ensure candidates meet Qualified Professional Official Representative (QPOR) requirements Verify resumes, mandate letters, language requirements, and QPOR documentation Coordinate required hiring steps prior to onboarding, including:

Background and security requirements Contractor Reading Modules Linguistic testing (when applicable)

Recruitment Systems Support

Maintain accurate spreadsheets and recruitment tracking tools Research&Stakeholder Support

Conduct ongoing research to understand diverse faiths and QPOR requirements Prepare and assist with presentations for stakeholders as required Work collaboratively with Regional Directors and leadership on recruitment strategies Qualifications&Experience

Previous recruitment experience (screening, scheduling, coordination) required. Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple postings simultaneously. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Comfort with outreach and candidate communication (email and phone). Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, Zoom / Microsoft Teams, document‑sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar), and HR systems such as Paycom (or similar). Preferred / Assets

Experience recruiting for unionized environments or government‑related contracts Experience with high‑volume recruitment HR or administrative support experience Working Conditions
