As a temporary, full-time Control Room Operator, you will operate and maintain all computer-controlled equipment, adhering to HACCP compliance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Focus on aligning production settings through accurate documentation and collaboration with supervisors and maintenance personnel. Your input will help achieve key performance indicators around SQCDME standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate French Fry production line equipment • Start and shut down machinery as needed • Monitor and adjust line settings regularly • Record hourly production data and downtime • Attend meetings and document relevant changes

Requirements:• Minimum Grade 12 education; additional studies are an asset • Effective communication and teamwork abilities • Capacity to work independently • Basic computer literacy required for tasks • Previous experience in Fry Line operations is beneficial
