Procurement Manager for Grocery Division, Woodstock

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for overseeing the grocery procurement function and guiding two Senior Buyers. Key Responsibilities:• Mentor and lead two Senior Buyers for effective procurement • Manage 75 to 100 supplier relationships to drive value • Handle pricing, margins, and product mix across categories • Apply lean inventory strategies to improve fill rates • Source products directly from manufacturers forbroad offerings

Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in grocery procurement • Successful vendor negotiation and relationship management • Strong analytical mindset for informed decision-making • Proven leadership style focused on accountability • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is an asset
