Part-Time Deposit Services Representative, Northern British Columbia (Fort Nelson)

Elevate member satisfaction as a Part-Time Deposit Services Representative at Tumbler Ridge Branch. Your role will focus on processing transactions and cross-selling deposit services effectively.

This position reports to the Branch Manager and is part of the Deposit Services team. The ideal candidate will have a business-development focus, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying member needs. You'll actively participate in service enhancement while providing high-quality solutions and fulfilling other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:• Process member transactions accurately • Promote all Credit Union deposit services • Balance outgoing cheques and utilities • Assist with night deposits as needed • Comply with confidentiality regulations

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years customer service experience • Experience in a financial institution preferred • Post-secondary education in finance or related field • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Commitment to continuous learning and service excellence
