As a Team Lead, you will manage coaching shifts, mentor new coaches, and oversee program execution. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards for safety and quality while adapting to various challenges. This role is key in fostering a positive environment for both players and coaches.
Key Responsibilities:• Mentor fellow coaches to enhance their skills • Schedule and manage coaching shifts effectively • Adapt sessions based on weather conditions • Ensure meticulous record-keeping for attendance • Supervise the overall quality and safety of the program
Requirements:• Passion for soccer and youth development • Valid vulnerable sector check required • Reliable transportation and driver's license • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Availability Sunday through Thursday evenings
