As the Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the Heritage Conservation Program at the BCER, emphasizing the protection of archaeological resources during energy developments. This involves supervising staff, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with various heritage acts while fostering mutual relationships with Indigenous communities and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and evaluate the archaeology resource management program • Supervise and support HCP team and project delivery • Provide strategic advice for regulatory project reviews • Evaluate permit applications under the Heritage Conservation Act • Submit communications for Indigenous andcommunity partners

Requirements:• Degree in a relevant field with 4+ years' experience • Experience in archaeological fieldwork and reporting • Skills in leading teams in unionized settings • Proven ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships • Effective project management under competing priorities
