Drive recruitment initiatives for Indigenous students at Northern Lights College. This role will focus on mentorship and leadership to help Indigenous communities thrive within educational pathways.

As the Indigenous Student Recruiter, you'll support various recruitment activities and work with the Manager of Student Recruitment and Indigenous Education Director. You will engage with prospective students through workshops, virtual appointments, and community events, emphasizing the importance of educational growth and access.

Key Responsibilities:• Advocate for Northern Lights College programs to Indigenous communities • Organize recruitment events and workshops tailored to Indigenous audiences • Facilitate connections between students and support services • Address barriers Indigenous applicants may encounter• Deliver presentations and promote educational opportunities

Requirements:• Successfully completed post-secondary education • Competence in managing digital recruitment efforts • Excellent communication skills with cultural sensitivity • Dynamic personality with experience in public speaking • Driver’s License and readiness to travel frequently
