Become a skilled Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) with Spirit, specializing in pulp mill maintenance. This position focuses on installing and repairing industrial machinery to optimize performance.

Spirit is hiring for its upcoming shutdown projects at pulp mills. The ideal Millwright will perform essential tasks including maintenance and repairs of machinery, ensuring minimal disruptions. A successful candidate will possess both technical skills and strong teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct routine maintenance to improve equipment reliability • Install and align various industrial machinery • Manage hoisting devices during installation and repairs • Inspect machinery for defects and troubleshoot issues • Operate machine tools for part fabrication

Requirements:• Completion of Millwright apprenticeship program • Valid Red Seal Certification is a plus • Demonstrated experience in installation and maintenance • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Proficient in tool usage and detail-oriented work
