Join ITW as a Key Account Manager in Coatings, where you will significantly impact business growth through strategic relationship management and customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires you to engage with key accounts, ensure their needs are met, and drive substantial sales growth in the Coatings and Grouting sectors. Using your analytical skills, you will establish sales forecasts and identify new product opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role gives you the autonomy to execute impactful strategies while traveling primarily across the Northwestern U.S. and Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:• Build strong relationships with key customers • Design actionable plans for account growth • Work with internal teams on product enhancements • Generate and report accurate sales forecasts • Identify customer pain points and deliver solutions

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering • 3+ years in sales, ideally in heavy industrial • Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Sales Force • Willingness to travel 50%-70% and possess a valid Driver’s License • Adhesives and epoxy experience preferred
