Lilian Schick School serves approximately 220 students from grades 5 - 9, including LOGOS programming, which supports the integration of faith-based learning within the Alberta curriculum. The school nurtures a safe and caring environment through offering various programs to encourage strong leadership.What You'll Be Doing

Provide medical and personal care support for students in Grades 5–9 Support students with complex medical needs, including Type 1 Diabetes Develop and implement individualized health and personal care plans Deliver health assessments, interventions, and ongoing re-evaluations Provide case management for students with chronic health conditions during the school dayCollaborate with families, healthcare providers, and school staff Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of student health information What You Bring

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) Experience supporting students with complex medical needs in a school or pediatric setting Experience supporting students with Type 1 Diabetes Experience developing personal care and health plansStrong observation, assessment, and communication skills High standards of professionalism, discretion, and student-centered care Equivalencies combining education, training, and experience may be considered Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector check
