Customer Service and Vending Technician, Edmonton

Act as a Customer Service and Vending Technician to ensure customer satisfaction through effective vending equipment maintenance and support. Manage inventory and assist clients while optimizing machine operations.

You'll play a critical role in supporting customer operations by ensuring that vending machines are well-maintained and fully stocked. This role combines customer service with mechanical aptitude, requiring accurate inventory management and swift resolution of equipment issues. Strong communication with sales teams will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:• Travel to replenish vending inventory across locations • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment • Conduct routine checks to ensure optimal operation • Support internal teams in resolving issues • Assist in after-hours equipment troubleshooting

Requirements:• Possess a valid Driver’s License with a good record • Completion of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds • Excellent customer service and time management skills • Experience with basic mechanical repairs preferred
