Insight is currently seeking Medical Receptionists to join the dynamic and expanding teams at our Unity Square and Millwoods clinics. Greeting and checking in of all patients Documentation of patient information on computer Ensures all previous examinations are imported Porter and change patients in preparation for exams Handle all incoming report and image requests Requesting previous exams from outside facilities Looking up and importing previous studies prior to arrival of scheduled patientsMust maintain the utmost in professional confidence of patient information and/or results Provide patients with exam preparations Note: the above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent of this job; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and activities required of this position.Skills:

Self motivated Ability to work in a fast paced/high stress environment Personal skills which include attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interact with patients in a tactful and courteous manner Knowledge of office routines, schedules, and protocol Qualifications:

Grade 12 graduate.
