This full-time, six-month position involves managing a diverse team of Screening Officers while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Focus on achieving KPIs while building strong partnerships with stakeholders in aviation security. Your leadership will help foster a motivated workforce and effective screening operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily screening operations and compliance checks • Mentor Screening Officers, promoting a positive culture • Maintain effective communication with security stakeholders • Facilitate performance evaluations and recognition initiatives • Handle security incidents and conduct investigations

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Three years in a leadership role within protective services • Ability to acquire Transport Canada Security Clearance • Proficient in MS Office applications • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
