This position at our Edmonton branch involves working closely with the Account Executive and Commercial Account Advisor. Your responsibilities include tracking expiry lists, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring timely invoicing. You'll attend meetings on new or renewal business when necessary, making this role impactful and vital to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in assembling renewal information and policy changes • Track expiry lists to manage client accounts • Prepare and format presentations for prospects or clients • Ensure timely invoicing and account receivable follow-ups • Attend meetings on new and renewal business with executives

Requirements:• Minimum license level 1 required; CAIB 1 and 2 preferred • 1-2 years experience in commercial insurance highly valued • Proficient in Microsoft programs and Broker Management Software • Excellent client interaction and multitasking abilities • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated work ethic
