Key Responsibilities

Forge robust, effective relationships with clients through clear, timely communication and updates. Proactively manage client expectations and integrate seamlessly into their teams by embracing their culture and values. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to align priorities and tasks.Timely completion of projects and deliverables. Uphold confidentiality regarding all employee and business information of Stoppler Hughes and its clients. Maintain ethical standards and report any client conflicts to Stoppler Hughes leadership. Support the Stoppler Hughes team as needed. When assigned to clients, carry out a wide range of HR activities related to the entire employee lifecycle, including policy creation and implementation, process, and administrative tasks.Keep employee files up-to-date, provide regular reports, and attend all necessary meetings. Communicate effectively with clients and their employees regarding HR changes, assistance, and policy updates. Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries and provide additional HR support as needed.Qualifications

Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent experience (current students welcome). Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Experience with HRIS is an asset. Preferred experience: 1 year in Human Resources. Preferred experience: 1 year in Administration. Preferred experience: 1 year in HRIS. Preferred experience: Driver's license and reliable vehicle (already listed above). Job Types
