City Collision is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Staff Member to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with customers and insurance partners, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers.Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally Greet customers and assist with intake and scheduling Coordinate appointments and vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups Communicate with insurance companies and vendors Prepare invoices, paperwork, and customer files Maintain accurate records and update internal systemsAssist management with daily administrative tasks Support the team in maintaining an organized and effective office environment Qualifications
Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred Experience in the automotive or collision industry is considered an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional and positive attitude Comfortable using computers, email, and office softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQuickbooks experience would be an asset Mitchell Repair Center experience would be an asset Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits
