Contribute to transformative infrastructure projects as a Contract Administrator at Stantec in Calgary, Alberta. This is a chance to engage in dynamic contract administration across multiple phases.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will oversee contract administration tasks for various projects across Canada. You'll support the full contracting cycle, from RFX preparation to managing compliance and evaluating performance metrics. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to liaise with clients and ensure contract efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate the entire contracting cycle from initial strategy to execution • Support negotiations and evaluations of contract proposals • Verify compliance with contract terms and monitor performance • Prepare key documentation and deliverables for contracts • Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and oversee changes
Requirements:• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or similar • 2–10 years of experience in contract administration • Familiarity with engineering and construction standards • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
