The Program Manager– Supportive Housing at e4c will guide operations and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services for those facing complex barriers. This role involves managing staff, improving program systems, and fostering strong community relationships to align with organizational values and strategic goals.Your leadership will be vital in cultivating a supportive environment that enhances participant stability and well-being.

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Applied Human Services • 5+ years in a leadership role focusing on housing and support services • Experience working with Indigenous communities and government partners • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and required certifications • Expertise inevidence-based practices for trauma and harm reduction
