Enhance organizational effectiveness as an HR Business Partner specializing in payroll and statutory submissions. Your role will involve recruitment, policy management, and performance evaluation.
We are seeking an HR Business Partner who will engage in key HR functions while partnering with management and staff to align with organizational objectives. You will process payroll, manage work pass issues, and coordinate performance appraisals to foster a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage recruitment activities and performance appraisals • Process payroll, CPF, and statutory submissions • Address work pass application and renewal issues • Administer compensation schemes and staff welfare • Prepare management reports using Excel functions
Requirements:• Diploma and at least 2 years in HR Executive role • Experience with TimesPay software and related tools • Ability to analyze with pivot tables and V-lookups • Familiarity with performance management processes • Strong partnership skills with management and staff
