Overview
Store Manager– VF Corporation (Vans). Lead, motivate, and develop a store team, champion business strategies, and drive store profitability while ensuring exceptional customer engagement. Responsibilities
Strategically lead the team to maximize and achieve store sales goals, monitoring progress against key targets. Model a consumer‑centric mindset and sales behaviors to serve as an example for the associates. Attract, recruit, hire, and retain high‑caliber, diverse talent, maintaining a strong succession plan.Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of all associates. Communicate clearly and set expectations for customer engagement, store policies, and procedures. Manage expenses to maximize sales and profitability, ensuring productivity and teamwork. Qualifications
3–5+ years of professional retail or store management experience. Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Demonstrated ability to meet business goals and drive results through high‑performing teams. Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing staff toward sales and profit targets.Strong communication, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills in a fast‑paced environment. Formal education preferred; overall experience and achievements are the primary focus. Compensation&Benefits
Hiring Range: $27.30– $40.95 CAD per hour. Eligible for additional compensation awards including annual incentive plans and sales incentives. Detailed benefit information will be provided during the hiring process. Equal Employment Opportunity
