Our Client is looking for a number of Service Designers to support diverse digital transformation initiatives. In this full-time role, you will engage in service review and improvement activities, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your contributions will help shape efficient and affordable services through user research and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate in field research for user insights • Create and prioritize user stories in Agile settings • Prototype services based on user feedback • Execute change management and evaluate procedures • Review existing services for enhancement opportunities

Requirements:• Strong experience in service design research • Background working in cross-functional Agile teams • Canadian citizenship required for eligibility
