The Role The Customer Service Attendant plays an important role by providing quality leisure programmes, services and facilities to military members and their families. Daily duties include managing facility access, answering customer inquiries, overseeing membership sales, maintaining a cash float, and providing daily sales reports. You will book facilities and programmes, control the use of sports and recreation equipment, guide customers on equipment operation, perform minor maintenance when required, and help ensure the cleanliness of equipment and the facility.
Qualifications Needed Education, Certifications and Licences
High School Diploma
Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development or HIGH FIVE Sport
HIGH FIVE Healthy Minds for Healthy Children
Experience
Cash handling
