Electrical Drafting Designer at Enbridge, Edmonton

Become a vital contributor at Enbridge as an Electrical Drafting Designer. In this full-time role, you will create and manage crucial electrical drawings to support pipeline and facility projects.

In this non-union position, you will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams, ensuring the accuracy of electrical schematics using AutoCAD and related software. Your keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities will be essential as you modify technical drawings and conduct site visits to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:• Create and review electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Modify drawings per project updates and field requirements • Collaborate with teams to resolve drawing inaccuracies • Provide training on drawing management systems • Demonstrate customer service and technical communication skills

Requirements:• Associate’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology • Five years of experience in electrical drafting or design • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling • Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes • Knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, and maintenance
