Bringing your 8-10 years of Design Management experience, you will oversee a dedicated team and ensure compliance with RFP requirements. In this role, you’ll analyze project requirements and maintain budgetary control while fostering strong collaborations with consultants and partners. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing comprehensive documentation and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead the development of design proposals and submissions • Ensure compliance with RFP documentation and requirements • Coordinate design documents to support estimating projects • Build relations with consultants and manage project agreements • Oversee project scheduling and logisticplanning

Requirements:• Degree in construction-related field with 8-10 years experience • In-depth understanding of project management practices • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Eligible for CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance • Knowledge of estimating practices is advantageous
