University of Alberta Customer Service Associate, Edmonton

Be a vital part of the Campus&Community Recreation team as a Customer Service Associate at the University of Alberta. This position involves in-person interactions primarily at North Campus, focusing on community engagement and service.

In this role, you’ll provide direct customer service while overseeing the Van Vliet Complex’s operations and casual staff. Your responsibilities span training team members, managing customer inquiries, and implementing service procedures. You’ll play an essential role in promoting recreation programs and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver outstanding customer service daily • Assist in training casual customer service staff • Handle reception duties and financial transactions • Promote memberships and community events • Maintain accurate records of inventory and rentals
