As a Design Manager, you will take charge of developing design proposals for P3 and design-build projects at EllisDon. Your role involves leading a design team, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, and strategizing to win projects. You will analyze project specifications, guide the team to meet objectives while adhering to budgets, and create compelling submissions and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage development of design proposals for various projects • Analyze RFP requirements and coordinate with design teams • Oversee documentation support for project cost estimation • Develop project schedules and logistic plans • Foster relationships with consultants and contractors

Requirements:• 8-10 years of Design Management experience • Degree in a construction-related field • Knowledge of scheduling and project management • Ability to mentor a large team • Must hold or be eligible for Secret Level Security Clearance
