This full-time role reports to the Distribution Program Manager and emphasizes hands-on leadership in design and field engineering. You will oversee projects from planning to commissioning while implementing solutions that enhance safety and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will guide the development of innovative distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead design and development of distribution projects • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes • Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery • Provide field support during construction for design issues • Perform audits to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:• Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program • 3+ years experience in Distribution for Utilities • Registered with APEGA or equivalent • Experience with load flow and stability analysis • Strong communication skills for collaboration
