We’re seeking a part-time Medical Office Assistant or Receptionist who shares this purpose and is driven to make a difference. Masterfully managing our patient flow, from booking and rescheduling appointments to warmly greeting patients as they arrive. Efficiently processing payments for uninsured services, ensuring a smooth financial experience. Being the voice of InspiroMed, answering telephones with clarity and kindness, and taking accurate messages that keep our operations flowing.Navigating NetCare and Healthquest EMR systems with precision, ensuring patient records are always up-to-date and accessible. Collaborating seamlessly with our physicians, referring physicians, and multidisciplinary team, fulfilling all essential reception duties that support our inspired care. Your work will be the foundation of our patient experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, resourceful, and deeply caring.Is This Right for YOU?
