What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online

Book, change, and cancel reservations with ease

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Support travelers with our online booking system

Assist with check‑in, luggage storage, and boarding

Answer questions with professionalism and care

Keep the ticket office clean, organized, and fully stocked

Complete light cleaning and administrative tasks

What You Bring

Required availability for all shift types, including days, evenings, weekends, split shifts and holidays

A positive, service‑first attitude

Confident problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office experience preferred)

Ability to meet pre‑employment background screening requirements

What We Offer

Hourly wage: $17.00
