Ensure customer service needs are met/exceeded for our patients Work closely and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare personnel within the attached medical clinic environment Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy and ensure that staff are properly supported Ensure that the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines of the Alberta College of Pharmacists and Health CanadaSupport clinical opportunities to enhance patient care Ensure billing is done correctly, with proper documentation, and in accordance with governed billing requirements Responsible for inventory management and audit process Monitor health and safety compliance Liaise between the pharmacy team and various key stakeholdersSkills

Ability to work independently and/or within a team and hold self and others accountable Ability to build robust relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a close‑proximity setting Able to proactively utilize clinical skills to support best patient outcomes using patient‑centric documentation and the pharmacy practice framework modelAbility to remain organized and to prioritize workloads Demonstrate superior customer service consistently Drive results through leadership and engagement Formulate, prioritize, and execute to achieve desired operational results Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills Commitment to high professional ethical standardsQualifications

Must be licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacists with the expectation of adherence to the Standards of Practice for Pharmacy Managers/Licensee Minimum 2 years pharmacist experience in the province of Alberta APA designation is preferred Working knowledge of equipment and technology commonly used in the pharmacy environment (e.g. Kroll, Nexxsys)Previous experience in a pharmacy management role is preferred Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal/external contacts, both orally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred Work Location: In person
