Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and coordinate access to the facility • Complete registrations for memberships and services • Manage equipment rentals and cleaning tasks • Address customer inquiries and issues • Respond to First Aid emergencies promptly

Requirements:• College certificate in relevant field • 1+ years of customer service experience • Certification in First Aid/CPR and AED • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software • Flexibility for various shifts including weekends
