Ricoh Field Representative for Customer Service, Edmonton

Enhance customer service as a Field Representative at Ricoh, focused on operations in Edmonton and Stony Plain, AB. Contribute to copy, mail, and scanning duties daily.

In this role, you will support Managed Services locations by managing mailroom tasks and providing exceptional copy services. You'll be responsible for maintaining operational logs, ordering supplies, and assisting in employee training. Your role will influence customer experiences through effective service delivery in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:• Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently • Perform scanning and indexing of documents • Operate copy center equipment for client requests • Support the Site Manager with operational suggestions • Attend to receptionist duties when required

Requirements:• High School Diploma or relevant experience • At least 1 year in a mailroom or customer service role • Strong self-motivation and communication skills • Familiarity with copy and print equipment • Capability to lift 50 lbs when needed
