Senior Manager– People Consulting Services
Opportunity Join EY’s People Consulting practice as a Senior Manager. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver people‑centric change solutions for clients across industries, advising leaders on organizational design, change management, culture transformation, and workforce strategy.
Your key responsibilities Project Delivery to External Clients
Lead small to large/complex programs, delivering the defined scope of work within quality standards, timelines, and budget, and for achieving overall project/client success.
Deliver solutions across EY’s People Consulting offerings, including operating model design, organizational design, change management, culture transformation, strategic workforce planning, and talent strategies.
Possess advanced subject matter expertise in one of the above areas and advise clients and teams effectively.
Serve as a trusted advisor, bringing breadth of experience to solve complex problems.
Demonstrate a growth mindset, consistently challenging the team and self to innovate and achieve the highest delivery standards.
Understand project financials, lead project set‑up and manage the project budget.
Develop a broad set of client relationships that deepen EY’s engagement.
Leverage thought leadership and leading practice to strengthen client trust and the value EY delivers.
Present credibly to senior leadership, adjusting tone and approach to navigate conflicting agendas and priorities.
Business Development
Write proposals for large multinational organizations, overseeing end‑to‑end content development, QA, solution/deal reviews, and oral prep.
Build deep client relationships to proactively drive upsell and expansion opportunities across service lines.
Maintain a commitment to service quality and partnership, earning clients’ trust to engage in follow‑on work.
Own business development efforts, actively developing networks and nurturing key relationships.
Scan internal and external opportunities to identify new trends and prospects.
Contribute to People Consulting sales through new or upsell opportunities.
Build and maintain an internal EY network, reinforcing relationships across consulting and supporting business development.
Practice Development
Own ownership and accountability in managing and developing the People Consulting practice.
Have deep expertise in one or two competencies, investing time in growing and maturing the practice area.
Participate in service offering initiatives, bringing new, progressive ideas and ways of working.
Identify areas for improvement and proactively present ideas to leadership.
Strengthen the People Consulting brand through client events, conferences, webcasts, LinkedIn, articles, etc.
Play an active role in recruitment efforts, including referrals, events, and interviews.
People Leadership and Teaming
Act and show up as an extension of the leadership team, invested in the practice, people, and their experience.
Provide timely and honest feedback, identify and leverage skills, and coach/develop team members.
Show influence and impact, being respected by junior team members, and proactively address upward feedback.
Amplify others, reward and recognize teams, building a safe, inclusive, engaging environment.
Support EY values and culture, setting a high standard of professionalism for team members and clients.
Demonstrate emotional intelligence through awareness, control, and expression of emotions.

To qualify for the role you must have
A degree or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Approximately 8‑10 years of related professional services or external consulting experience.
Experience in Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Training, Operational Model Design, Culture Change, and Workforce Planning.
