Responsibilities At all times, maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Respond to customer inquiries as soon as possible.
Use various channels to communicate with customers.
Recognize and resolve customer complaints.
Know our products inside and out to respond to questions.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep track of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with coworkers as needed.
Provide feedback on the customer service process's efficiency.
Be in charge of a group of junior customer service representatives.
Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet sales targets.
Follow procedures and policies.
Requirements A high school diploma, a general education degree, or an equivalent is required.
The ability to remain calm in the face of stressed or upset customers.
Computers are easy to use.
Working knowledge of customer service.
Customer service experience.
Telephone etiquette is essential.
Knowledge of CRM tools.
Outstanding communication abilities.
Capability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Adaptability to different personalities.

Salary:
$24.12 - $37.15 per hour
Required Years of Experience:
1-2 years of experience
