Overview We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure health&safety compliance, negotiate client agreements, and promote marketing initiatives. The role requires on‑site presence with a flexible schedule across shifts.

Responsibilities

Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.

Participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Address customer complaints or concerns.

Provide customer service.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Supervise 11‑15 staff members.

Qualifications Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Leadership, communication, problem‑solving, scheduling, and ability to use artificial intelligence tools for operations.

Work Conditions:

Full‑time, permanent employment. Shift options include Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On‑call, and Call shift.

Compensation Hourly rate: $36.00 per hour (approx. $43,200 per year) for 40 hours per week.
