We are seeking a

Business Analyst

with expertise in

Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements related to cybersecurity projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address cybersecurity needs within the AWS ecosystem.

Propose and implement initiatives to improve cybersecurity frameworks and processes.

Ensure alignment of cybersecurity strategies with business goals and compliance requirements.

Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Provide expertise on industry best practices, with a focus on the insurance sector if applicable.

Prepare detailed reports, workflows, and process documentation to support project goals.

Profile Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience with Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity projects.

Familiarity with AWS ecosystems and their integration into cybersecurity solutions.

Industry knowledge in insurance is a significant plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and methodologies.

Autonomous and proactive in identifying and implementing solutions.

Capable of taking initiatives and driving projects independently.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

Language Requirements:

Bilingual (mandatory): Proficiency in both English and French.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with AWS environments.

Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
